Rainbow Falls, Eastern Sierra

This pano was taken and processed in the iPhone. I hiked almost 2 miles to catch early light on the falls only to discover the sunrise was over the falls, right into the camera lens! I need a sunrise calculator ( I know, ‘there’s an app for that.’) Good time to explore the iPhone’s capabilities.

I am continuously amazed at what my iPhone can do. This is a view out back of my hotel using a program called Pano. The video quality on the phone is pretty good too!

Cruisin’ The Stennis

I am about to embark on a great adventure… Joining my son, Devin as he returns from his Western Pacific deployment aboard the USS John C. Stennis. This ship pulls in to Bremerton on Monday the 29th and I will board for a 5 day cruise to San Diego!!! 5 days aboard a fully loaded nuclear carrier!!!!! What a ride it will be….Pictures to come!
